"Haze"

Today, I went to fishing to the mouth of Onga-river (遠賀川). I caught more than 20 "Haze"s(ハゼ) alone.

"Haze" is a representative fish caught in this season. (In Japanese, it is called "Shun no Skana"(旬の魚)) People in Japan often use it as an ingredient for tempura.

I processed them and my wife fried them as tempura. We enjoyed them as "the taste of autumn".

Wow, you must be a good fisherman. I bet fishing was very relaxing. The tempura looks delicious too.
