Thousand of Armenians marched through the capital of Yerevan Friday, demanding the resignation of President Serzh Sarkisian and early elections. Witness say at least 4000 people gathered for protest organized by opposition Armenian National Congress. The group is headed by former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan. ANC wants political prisoners released and an investigation into government attacks on protesters in March 2008. 8 people were killed then.
