"Tebasaki-Gyouza"

Yesterday, I tried a new recipe for "tebasaki-gyouza"(手羽先餃子). It is a dish that a content of consisting of  "gyouza" is stuffed into a chicken wing. It was a little bit difficult to get rid of small bones from chicken wings, but other things was  were not difficult. I will try again it again, but at that next time, with other its content I will try making it with something else such as chicken meat mice mince.

Wow, I've never tried anything like that, I think. It's good to experiment sometimes.

Jon-san,

Thank you very much for correcting my English.

I feel your good condition from your attitude that you can spend your time for others in recent days. ("Yoyuu ga dekita") It is very good.

By the way, I would like to express the Japanese term, "tori minchi" with "chicken meat mince". Is it wrong ?

Thank you.

I think that "minced chicken" is the best.

Hope that helps!
