VOA Special English News 93

Top American and North Korean negotiators will meet in Beijing Thursday to discuss North Korea's nuclear program. However, an American negotiator says the United States is also concerned about human rights and humanitarian issues in North Korea. American negotiators hoped the meeting will lead to return to six-nation talks about ending North Korea's nuclear program. China, South Korea, Japan and Russia are the other countries involved. The talks began in 2003. They were suspended more than two years ago after North Korea expelled international nuclear inspectors.

My thought/opinion on the issue
I am interested in how North Korea behaves on this issue because it is the first big event to the  country's young leader.
