A member of a spy group called the Cuban5 has been released from a prison in the American state of Florida. 55-year-old Rene Gonzales had served 13 years of a 15-year-sentence on spying charges. He must stay in the United States under legal supervision for the next 3 years. But his lawyer says he will ask again that Gonzales be permitted to return to Cuba. The Cuban government has demanded Gonzales, who was born in the United States, be permitted to return to Cuba. Gonzales and four others were found guilty of spying in 2001.
