Tofurky

I have learned an interesting thing called "Tofurky"（トーファーキー） from the VOA Special English program.

 "Tofurky" is a vegetarian turkey substitute, mainly made from tofu that is typical Japanese food.

The word let me think of "tofu-hamburg"（豆腐ハンバーグ） that is a familiar to many Japanese as a healthy food.

A fake food that almost all Japanese have known is "kani-kama"（カニカマ） that tastes crab meat. It is made from fish meat.
