Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says Iran is talking to Russia about building another nuclear power center. Iran has one nuclear power center now. It is the Russian-built Bushehr center which started earlier this year. Mr. Ahmadinejad says Iran needs 20 times more energy than the Bushehr center supplies. He also invited other countries to send proposals to build new power centers in Iran. United Nations Security Council has placed restriction on Iran for its uranium enrichment activities and its refusal to work with international inspectors. Iran says its nuclear program is only used  for energy.
