Today I soaked "ume" that were harvested in my yard with vodka to make "Ume-shu". Usually, "White-liquor"(ホワイトリカー) that is a kind of "syouchu"(焼酎) is used for making "ume-shu". But this time I used vodka because I have heard that vodka-based "ume-shu" is very good.
About six month later, I can enjoy vodka-based "ume-shu".
