A nineteen-year-old Tibetan Buddhist monk set himself on fire Monday in China's Sichuan province. Tibetans in exile say that the young man denounced the Chinese government before burning himself. Chinese security forces reportedly put out the fire and took him away. Saturday eighteen-year-old Buddhist nun set herself on fire. The religious worker later died. There has been an increase in anti-Chinese protests in Tibetan areas of China in recent months. Chinese government accuses Dalai Lama and oversea's groups of inciting the unrest.
