しいて直すとしたら（ちょっと長いのであまりいい文章ではない気もしますが）、
「これからは、自動改札機に通すために定期券をケースから出す必要はなく、スゴカが入ったままの定期入れを改札機のパネル部分に接触（タッチ）するだけで、JR駅構内に入ることが出来ます。」（若干、意訳を含んでいます。）

なお、JRのホームページでは次のように説明されていました。

「自動改札機の読み取り部にSUGOCAを軽くタッチするだけで通過できます。」

By the way, I think I know of a clearer way to write your final paragraph: "Now I can enter JR stations without needing to pull out my pass from its case and enter it through a machine. I need to do is press (touchでもいいと思うけど) the case that holds my Sugoca card against a (sensor) panel."

I think it's really hard to write sentences like that in ANY language. Here, I'll try in Japanese:

これから、券を財布から出してマシンに通さずに、スゴカが入った財布をパネルに接触させるだけでJRの駅に入れるようになっています。

Hmmm. Yeah, that's not very good, is it? :-P I'm especially unsure about 接触させる. Oh well.
